NGP/CAIC Supplemental benefits open enrollment
January 28 - February 22, 2019
National Group Protection (NGP) and Continental American Insurance Company (CAIC) are pleased to announce another supplemental benefits enrollment for AFA-CWA members at United Airlines. The open enrollment period starts on January 28, and members will have the opportunity to enroll on-site, on-line, and telephonically.
CAIC Claims Site
United Airlines AFA-CWA members with active Continental American Insurance Company supplemental benefits can download claim forms and file claims electronically through the CAIC Claims Site.
How to access the Claims Site –

To enter the claims site:
•Register for the site by entering your U-ID, providing an email address and creating a password.
•You will receive an email from the site once you have registered and are able to access the site.

CAIC Service Site
United Airlines AFA-CWA members with active Continental American Insurance Company supplemental benefits can find plan information, claim forms and customer service contact information through the CAIC Service Site.
How to Enroll:
Benefit counselors will be visiting the crew rooms January 28-February 22, 2019. Click here for a listing of specific enrollment dates by location.
Please call (877) 293-3227. Benefit counselors are available to enroll members over the phone, 8:00 am-9:00 pm EST.

User ID: your U-ID number
Password: AFAUNITED (all upper case)
Case ID: W300 (already entered on the site)
