Supplemental Benefits Open Enrollment
For AFA-CWA Members at Horizon Air

National Group Protection (NGP) is pleased to announce a supplemental benefits enrollment for AFA-CWA members at Horizon Air. The open enrollment period starts on October 1, and members will have the opportunity to enroll on-site, on-line, or telephonically.
How to enroll
On-site:
Benefit counselors will be available in the crew room in SEA on October 8-9.
On-line:

To enter the enrollment site, you will need the following:
User ID: 7-digit Employee ID number
Password: HORIZONAFA (all uppercase)
Case ID: W307 (already entered on the site)
